More More More.

Since I'm on a role now, having worked out Flickr and this blog AND have managed to meld them together, I thought I'd better add a few more while it all still works.



This page is my latest and I love it. Another fabulous photo courtesy of Megan Low. I'd recently discovered challenge blogs in the scrapbooking world so I thought I'd give it a go. This challenge was from One Little Word and the word of the month is..Grow.



A very simple layout. But it says everything I wanted it too. Words from the Waterboys song The Whole of the Moon.


Two cheeky girls. A fun page that was fun to do. Full of colour, just like my girls.



This is another latest lo. And a little out of my comfort zone. I tried monoprinting in the background. You can't really see the pattern, unless you enlarge the photo (click on photo). I've wanted to do a fairy believe lo for India for a long time. We are often discussing if fairies are real, and after going around in circles we always end up with the concept that if you believe in them, they are real. So of course we believe! The lo didn't turn out as well as I'd liked though. It seems a little incomplete, or overdone, all at the same time. But India loves it, that's the main thing. And i had fun trying out new techniques.

A very important Addit.

Apparently MM ran 42.2 km in his marathon, not the mere 42km I mentioned earlier.
A huge apology to MM for skimping him out of an extra 0.2km worth of hero worship.

A Little bit of Craftiness.

For those who like looking at these as much as I do. Apparently there are some people out there who do.
A few from my collection.

These first two are tiny baby bits. You have to love photos of little cutie bits of babies. This is darling Esta. The photos were taken by the very talented Rachel Richter. And I tell it was nice to scrap a really great photo for a change. Not too happy with my own photography. Anyway, I love these two pages. The second one is Mark's. He gets a page each year for Father's Day.

The cheeky India of course. She grew a very, shall I say, charming mullet as a toddler. The back of her hair was the only bit that would grow. Eventually it had to go. It was looking way too Joe Dirt for my liking. The Cheeky photo was taken my friend Megan, who is a whiz with the camera especially with kids portraits, at the park one day. It really took a lovely genuine photo of India at a time when 'photo face' was very prevalent.

More of the cheeky eldest. She demanded this Flamenco page for her collection after seeing a small one I had done for Auntie Lizzie. And no explanation needed on the second. India is a chocoholic.
